چکیده

Excellent heat transfer performance has increasingly become a key issue that needs to be solved urgently in the development process of large-scale fusion equipment. The study improvement scientifically and reasonably determine design parameters high flow (HHF) components reactors based on efficient in-depth analysis mechanism its sensitive factors is great significance. In this paper, liquid-vapor two-phase model with subcooled boiling for large length-diameter ratio swirl tube structure HHF calorimeter component proposed analyze effects (such as inlet temperature cooling water flow, parameters, etc.) performance. Then, considering computational cost model, order improve efficiency sensitivity these polynomial response surface surrogate function was constructed Latin hypercube sampling. On basis, by combining index each parameter could obtained efficiently using Sobol global method. This method greatly calculation reactor, which provides vital guidance subsequent rapid optimization related components.

Heat Transfer Analysis of Heating Plate with Multiple Heat Sources

Preliminary note 3D numerical study of transient heat transfer phenomenon on a solid plate with complex heat sources has been carried out. In order to validate the chosen numerical model, a set of thermographic measurements have been performed on a heating plate sample. The infrared camera provided a number of thermograms showing the development of transient temperature fields on the plate surf...

Three-dimensional analysis of heat transfer in a micro-heat sink with single phase flow

A detailed numerical simulation of forced convection heat transfer occurring in silicon-based microchannel heat sinks has been conducted using a simplified three-dimensional conjugate heat transfer model (2D fluid flow and 3D heat transfer). The micro-heat sink model consists of a 10 mm long silicon substrate, with rectangular microchannels, 57 lm wide and 180 lm deep, fabricated along the enti...

Analysis of Evaporating Mist Flow for Enhanced Convective Heat Transfer

Enhancement of forced convective heat transport through the use of evaporating mist flow is investigated analytically and by numerical simulation. A two-phase mist, consisting of finely dispersed water droplets in an airstream, is introduced at the inlet of a longitudinally-finned heat sink. The latent heat absorbed by the evaporating droplets significantly reduces the sensible heating of the a...

Fluid Flow and Heat Transfer of Nanofluids over a Flat Plate with Conjugate Heat Transfer

The falling and settling of solid particles in gases and liquids is a natural phenomenon happens in many industrial processes. This phenomenon has altered pure forced convection to a combination of heat conduction and heat convection in a flow over a plate. In this paper, the coupling of conduction (inside the plate) and forced convection of a non-homogeneous nanofluid flow (over a flat plate) ...
